I am an avid instrument rated Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. I have been obsessed with airplanes for as long as I can remember. I learned to fly 40 years ago during my service in the U.S. Air Force maintaining C-130 aircraft. I am currently a system architect developing driver assist systems and autonomous vehicles that will make driving safer and more efficient. I fly and teach during evenings and weekends.
My experiences as an airplane mechanic, mechanical engineer and product safety attorney have greatly enhanced my knowledge and awareness of the wonderful machines that move us!
I absolutely love to fly and am grateful to have experience with r/c models, taildraggers, aerobatics, ultralights, skydiving (+1000) and hang gliding. I enjoy helping others learn and sharing my knowledge and experiences. I look forward to helping with your aviation goals!
